PLASTAZOTE FOAM PACKAGING
At protective foam packaging we supply Plastazote foam for presentation packaging case inserts it’s ideal because it is a closed cell polyethylene foam blown with nitrogen. Which makes it is tough and flexible, and can be die cut or routerd into any shape.
At protective foam packaging we can die cut, split, water jet, router, plastazote in to any shape or size and add adhesive backing if wanted
Plastazote foam has a fantastic recovery rate which means when it is compressed it bounces back to its original shape.
Its great for applications like presentation boxes, tool storage tote tray inserts, insulation, recreational, archival and museum storage purposes and is ideal for protective foam packaging
We can easily shaped, cut and bonded to other materials.
It’s Non-toxic, odourless and closed cell so it will not absorb water and is buoyant.
Can be washed, disinfected and wiped clean.
Excellent chemical resistance to most oils, solvents, acids & alkalis.
Weatherproof and has fantastic ultraviolet stability so can couple with some sun light
Durable, tough and flexible and recovers repeatedly from impacts.
Very good thermal insulator.
This grade of Plastazote foam is not fire retardant; if you need fire retardant or other thicknesses/colours please protective foam packaging and we will advise you.
We supply LD33 & LD45 Plastazote foam in sheets of 2 x 1 metres and 1 x 1 metre in various thicknesses in black, white, blue, red and yellow. PLASTAZOTE® is a registered trademark of Zotefoams plc.
